What We Believe
Prove the people who trust you right. We honor our word — every time, without exception.
Train for results that benefit both the person and the company. That's how we measure success.
Provide the best value to our partners. By doing so, we succeed together.
We care about people. Keeping them safe, committed, growing and fulfilled is our focus.

Stephen Hadlock has spent his career developing people and the organizations they work for. He has worked with teams across trades, technology and retail — and brings a deep understanding of not just how people do their jobs, but how the right training helps people and companies succeed and grow.

Over the years he has built and run training programs recognized nationally, developing frontline employees and growing leaders at every level. Throughout that work he kept seeing the same gap: growing companies had none of the training infrastructure that larger organizations take for granted. Not because they didn't care — but because nothing was built to fit their size, budget and the way their teams actually operate.

"Training and development shouldn't be reserved for the biggest companies. I started Qaliber to help businesses of all sizes invest in their people — because when your people succeed, your company succeeds."

Stephen is a proud Utah dad, straightforward by nature, and genuinely invested in the businesses he works with.
